Ordering

How do I place an order?+
Browse products by category or use the search bar. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will need an account to complete your purchase so we can track your order and send you updates.
Can I order without an account?+
Currently, an account is required to place orders. This allows you to track your shipment, view order history, and manage returns. Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us at info@lubconinternational.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve) and bank transfer through Paystack, Nigeria's most trusted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Is payment secure?+
Yes. All transactions are processed by Paystack, which uses bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not have access to your card details at any point.
Are prices in Nigerian Naira?+
Yes. All prices are displayed and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN). There are no hidden foreign exchange fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?+
We currently deliver within Nigeria. Delivery times and costs depend on your location relative to our Ilorin warehouse. Shipping details will be shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders to Ilorin and nearby cities typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Deliveries to other states typically take 3–5 business days depending on courier availability.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your account and visit My Orders to see the current status.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I return a product?+
Email info@lubconinternational.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
When will I receive my refund?+
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Paystack.

Are Lubcon products suitable for all vehicles?+
Our product listings include specifications and application guides. Always check the product description and, if in doubt, consult your vehicle manufacturer's handbook or contact us for guidance.
