Returns Policy

14-Day Returns Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. After this window, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened — seals must be intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
  • Not a product that was listed as final sale or non-returnable

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, partially used, or whose tamper seals have been broken — unless the product is defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@lubconinternational.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and send you a return authorisation within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our Ilorin address provided in the return authorisation.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or was incorrectly sent, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Paystack within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
